Quotes, prices and projects
- Prices on the website, such as Starter Websites from $600, are starting prices. Your final price depends on what your project needs.
- Every project starts with a written, fixed quote. Nothing is owed until you accept it, either by signing it or by paying the first invoice.
- Each project is governed by its written quote and service terms, which cover pages, timeline, payments, included changes, hosting, ownership and cancellation. If anything there differs from these terms, your project terms win.
- Timelines on the website are typical estimates, not promises. They start once we receive your content, and they depend on getting your content and feedback on time.

If you hire us
- Your content: when you send us text, photos, logos or other material, you confirm you own it or have permission to use it, and you give us permission to use it to build, host and maintain your website and online listings. You remain the owner of your content.
- Your website and domain: your website, content and domain belong to you, and your domain stays registered in your own name and account. If you move to another host, we transfer the site for you. Any transfer fee is listed in your project terms.
- Our portfolio: we may show your finished website, business name, logo and general results in our portfolio and case studies. If you would rather we didn’t, just tell us and we will leave it out.
Free website audit
Our free website audit is a no-obligation review of your public website. It is our professional opinion based on what we can see from the outside, provided for your information only. You are free to use the recommendations however you like, with us or without us.
No guaranteed rankings or results
Google and other platforms decide search rankings, map placements and ad performance, and they change their systems often. We use proven methods and report honestly on results, but we cannot guarantee a specific ranking, amount of traffic, number of leads or sales. Results shown in our case studies are real results for those clients; your results will depend on your market, competition and business.
Our content
The text, design, graphics, logo and code of this website belong to 5 Star Designs, unless they belong to someone else as noted below. You may view, share links to and print pages for your own use. Please do not copy, republish or sell our content or design without written permission.
Client names, logos, screenshots and reviews belong to their owners and are shown with permission. Google reviews are displayed as written by the reviewers.
